About the project

“Liepkalnis Industrial Park“ is expanding in 13 hectares in the southern part of Vilnius city, Liepkalnio street and is being built according to the highest technological and energy standards. In the first phase in 2017 is built 16 500 sq. m. warehouse. In the second phase in 2018 completed 16 000 sq.m. warehouse with office space. The project is distinguished by it`s strategic location, impressive size, attention to energy efficiency, high quality construction and rational solutions. Construction of the third stage of the 30 000 sq.m. “Liepkalnis Industrial Park“, which is planned to be completed by the end of 2019, was started.
