Your responsibilities:

  • Execute strategic sales plans with potential tenants in alignment with company goals.
  • Proactively search for tenants, including local and international companies (finding new ones directly, and working with different RE agents).
  • Lead negotiations independently with tenants till signing contracts to align with company’s objectives.
  • Work closely with our functional teams (legal, construction, asset management, etc.) to coordinate business need fulfillment for our clients.
  • Build a partnership with potential and existing tenants.
  • Analysis of industrial real estate market needs, supply and demand, trend tracking, making proposals about potential locations for logistic parks.
  • Providing regular reports

Your experience and knowledge:

  • Proven experience as an independent B2B sales professional and negotiator (in commercial RE leasing/sales fields, at least 3 years)
  • Ambitious goal-oriented person, an “in it to win” attitude.
  • Advanced Excel level and data analysis skills, ability to estimate lease prices according to different scenarios
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation (PPT) skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving potential, and ability to adapt to a fast changing environment.
  • Very good knowledge of Latvian and English, knowledge of Russian is preferred

Salary

4500-5000 €/mon. gross
The basic part of the salary is indicated. Additionally you will get bonuses depending on your personal and company results.
