ABOUT THE PROJECT

Logistics and Stock-office center in Riga, 5 Grencu Street

New A class logistics center will be developed at the prime location by International Airport “Riga” and A10 (E22) highway offering modern A class warehouses and stock-offices with possibility of establishing a shop or a show-room. Office space can be planned on the 1st floor and on the 2nd floor of the building. Relax zones, places for car charging will be provided on the territory.
