Vilnius International Airport, Nordika Trade Valley are also located nearby.
Liepkalnis Industrial Park is popular among companies providing e-commerce and logistics services. Space for business development
After the implementation of all stages, Liepkalnis Industrial Park will be the largest Class A and A energy efficiency logistics center in the Baltic States.
“The development of Liepkalnis Industrial Park aligns with our long term strategy. We develop industrial parks in prime locations and gradually build the warehouses together with the rising demand. The companies located there have enough space to grow steadily and expand their premises accordingly. It took us some time to find a strategically attractive location to the investor and the client. We are glad to have found such a place in Liepkalnis and that the construction of such buildings encourages companies to move from the outdated warehouses in the congested areas to modern logistics centers adapted to comfortable work” states Laurynas Kuzavas, CEO of SIRIN Development.
