SIRIN Development unveils plans for 165.000 sq.m Liepkalnis Industrial Park

  • SIRIN Development announces plans to expand Liepkalnis Industrial Park to 165,000 sq.m.
  • The first three phases – 62,500 sq.m – have already been built and leased.
  • The fourth stage – 25,600 sq.m – will be completed in Y2021Q3.

Industrial real estate developer SIRIN Development unveiled plans for Liepkalnis Industrial Park, a major logistics hub in the southern part of the Vilnius.

The scheme is one of the largest of its kind in the Baltics, with capacity for 165,000 sq.m of logistics space with administrative premises on the 34,4ha site.

Most of the Vilnius population within 30 minutes’ drive

Liepkalnis Industrial Park is being developed in the southern part of Vilnius, on the territory of 34.4 ha, in Liepkalnio Street. It is estimated that most Vilnius city residents can be reached from Liepkalnis Industrial Park in 20-25 minutes. Vilnius city center, bus and train stations can be reached in just 15 minutes. Vilnius International Airport, Nordika Trade Valley are also located nearby.

Liepkalnis Industrial Park is popular among companies providing e-commerce and logistics services. Some of the companies which already chose this location are Lithuanian postal services provider Lietuvos Paštas, DPD Lietuva, logistics companies Gevara and Nunner Logistics, warehouses of electronic furniture store Baldai1 and wholesale company Mportas and others.

Space for business development

After the implementation of all stages, Liepkalnis Industrial Park will be the largest Class A and A energy efficiency logistics center in the Baltic States.
