In the Baltics, logistics real estate developer SIRIN Development has completed the second phase of development of the logistics park SIRIN Park Airport, investing 19.5 million euros. The project includes the construction of a new warehouse complex with an area of \u200b\u200b30,000 square meters, bringing the total area of \u200b\u200bthe park to almost 60,000 square meters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first phase of SIRIN Park Airport was opened in March 2025, with the construction of 27,000 square meters of industrial and logistics space. Currently, more than 85% of the first phase of the space has been leased. The park is home to companies from various industries, including the aerospace and defense technology company \u201cRedwire\u201d, the electric car sales and service company \u201cEV RIGA\u201d, a padel tennis sports center, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new warehouse complex has improved cargo loading and unloading infrastructure, gate configurations adapted to the requirements of modern fleets and increased floor load-bearing capacity. The territory’s infrastructure has also been improved to more effectively serve increased traffic flow and freight transport. The roof structure is prepared for the installation of solar energy solutions and the most energy-efficient construction solutions have been used in the premises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
