Kodeksa m\u0113r\u0137is ir pazi\u0146ot un nostiprin\u0101t Grupas pamatv\u0113rt\u012bbas, darb\u012bbas principus un r\u012bc\u012bbas standartus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kodekss ir izstr\u0101d\u0101ts saska\u0146\u0101 ar piem\u0113rojamajiem ties\u012bbu aktiem, starptautiskaj\u0101m vadl\u012bnij\u0101m un Grupas pamatv\u0113rt\u012bb\u0101m. \u0160is Kodekss ir Grupas ap\u0146em\u0161an\u0101s, kur\u0101 apkopotas Grupas v\u0113rt\u012bbas un uz\u0146\u0113m\u0113jdarb\u012bbas principi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>TERMINI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u0101l\u0101k min\u0113tajiem terminiem \u0161aj\u0101 Kodeks\u0101 ir \u0161\u0101da noz\u012bme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.1. <strong>Darbinieks<\/strong> ir persona, kurai saska\u0146\u0101 ar nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas l\u012bgumu past\u0101v darba attiec\u012bbas ar jebkuru Grupas uz\u0146\u0113mumu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.2. <strong>Grupas uz\u0146\u0113mums<\/strong> ir strukt\u016brvien\u012bba, ko tie\u0161i un\/vai netie\u0161i kontrol\u0113 Uz\u0146\u0113mums, neatkar\u012bgi no strukt\u016brvien\u012bbas darb\u012bbas veida vai jurisdikcijas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1.3. <strong>Intere\u0161u konflikts<\/strong> ir situ\u0101cija, kur\u0101 Darbiniekam, pildot savus pien\u0101kumus (vai uzdevumus), ir j\u0101pie\u0146em l\u0113mums (vai j\u0101piedal\u0101s l\u0113muma pie\u0146em\u0161an\u0101), kas attiecas uz Darbinieka priv\u0101taj\u0101m interes\u0113m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>GRUPAS V\u0112RT\u012aBAS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupa vad\u0101s p\u0113c \u0161\u0101d\u0101m pamatv\u0113rt\u012bb\u0101m un sagaida, ka t\u0101s iev\u0113ros katrs darbinieks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.1.<strong> Izaugsme<\/strong>. M\u0113s cen\u0161amies b\u016bt \u0101tr\u0101kie un b\u016bt tirgus l\u012bderi. M\u0113s izvirz\u0101m sev augstus m\u0113r\u0137us un m\u016bs aizrauj rezult\u0101tu sasnieg\u0161ana. M\u016bs vada v\u0113lme b\u016bt l\u012bderiem. M\u0113s apzin\u0101mies savu un citu ieguld\u012bjumu kop\u0113j\u0101 izn\u0101kum\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2.3. <strong>Fokuss.<\/strong> M\u0113s str\u0101d\u0101jam, tiecoties uz kop\u012bgu rezult\u0101tu. M\u0113s apsprie\u017eamies un mekl\u0113jam risin\u0101jumus kop\u0101.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>ATKL\u0100T\u012aBA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupa nepie\u013cauj kuku\u013co\u0161anu, kr\u0101p\u0161anu, \u013caunpr\u0101t\u012bgu ietekmes izmanto\u0161anu, nelikum\u012bgi ieg\u016btu l\u012bdzek\u013cu legaliz\u0113\u0161anu vai \u013caunpr\u0101t\u012bgu amata izmanto\u0161anu (nepotismu). Mums ir nulles ieciet\u012bbas politika attiec\u012bb\u0101 uz korupciju, un jebk\u0101da veida kuku\u013co\u0161ana ir aizliegta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupas darbiniekiem ir j\u0101atturas no jebk\u0101d\u0101m darb\u012bb\u0101m vai dar\u012bjumiem, kas ir pretrun\u0101 ar Lietuvas Republikas un Eiropas Savien\u012bbas korupcijas un noziedz\u012bgi ieg\u016btu l\u012bdzek\u013cu legaliz\u0101cijas nov\u0113r\u0161anas likumiem un citiem attiecin\u0101majiem ties\u012bbu aktiem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupa g\u0101d\u0101, lai t\u0101s darb\u012bbas un m\u0113r\u0137i b\u016btu p\u0101rredzami un skaidri formul\u0113ti. Grupa mudina sabiedr\u012bbu, pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jus, darbuz\u0146\u0113m\u0113jus un darbiniekus iesaist\u012bties c\u012b\u0146\u0101 pret korupciju un mudina vi\u0146us zi\u0146ot par visiem paman\u012btajiem p\u0101rk\u0101pumiem. Grupas vad\u012bba un noda\u013cu vad\u012bt\u0101ji uzst\u0101da atkl\u0101tas r\u012bc\u012bbas standartus un mudina citus Grupas darbiniekus r\u012bkoties t\u0101pat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>INTERE\u0160U KONFLIKTU NOV\u0112R\u0160ANA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupas darbiniekiem vis\u0101s dar\u012bjumu situ\u0101cij\u0101s ir j\u0101r\u012bkojas objekt\u012bvi, tie nedr\u012bkst sniegt nepamatotas priek\u0161roc\u012bbas citiem uz\u0146\u0113mumiem vai rad\u012bt situ\u0101cijas, kas veido vai var\u0113tu veidot intere\u0161u konfliktu ar Grupas interes\u0113m. Visi l\u0113mumi j\u0101pie\u0146em saska\u0146\u0101 ar taisn\u012bguma un god\u012bguma principiem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupas darbiniekiem ir j\u0101izvair\u0101s no jebkuras situ\u0101cijas, kas var\u0113tu rad\u012bt darbinieka personisko intere\u0161u (materi\u0101lo, nemateri\u0101lo, \u0123imenes vai radniec\u012bbas sai\u0161u vai citu l\u012bdz\u012bgu personisko intere\u0161u) konfliktu ar Grupas interes\u0113m. Grupas darbiniekiem ir aizliegts tiekties p\u0113c person\u012bga labuma uz Grupas r\u0113\u0137ina, izmantot savu nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbu vai amatu person\u012bgo izdevumu seg\u0161anai, k\u0101 ar\u012b sl\u0113gt dar\u012bjumus ar person\u0101m, kuras ar vi\u0146iem ir saist\u012btas ar radniec\u012bbas vai l\u012bdz\u012bg\u0101m sait\u0113m (pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jiem, darbuz\u0146\u0113m\u0113jiem utt.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">T\u0101pat Grupas darbiniekiem ir j\u0101izvair\u0101s no situ\u0101cij\u0101m, kas var\u0113tu rad\u012bt intere\u0161u konfliktu starp Grupas un Grupas partneru (klientu, pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101ju, darbuz\u0146\u0113m\u0113ju vai citu) interes\u0113m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jebkuram Grupas darbiniekam, kur\u0161 darba vid\u0113 saskaras ar intere\u0161u konfliktu, nekav\u0113joties par to j\u0101zi\u0146o kompetentaj\u0101m iest\u0101d\u0113m saska\u0146\u0101 ar Grupas Intere\u0161u konfliktu nov\u0113r\u0161anas politik\u0101 noteiktaj\u0101m proced\u016br\u0101m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>GOD\u012aGA KONKURENCE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupas attiec\u012bbas ar Grupas konkurentiem tiek k\u0101rtotas p\u0113c taisn\u012bguma un cie\u0146as principiem, un Grupa savu darb\u012bbu veic \u0113tiski, atbild\u012bgi un atkl\u0101ti. Grupa izvair\u0101s no apst\u0101k\u013ciem, kuros t\u0101 var\u0113tu p\u0101rk\u0101pt jebk\u0101dus god\u012bgas konkurences principus. Jebk\u0101du domstarp\u012bbu vai str\u012bdu gad\u012bjum\u0101 par konkurences praksi Grupa vienm\u0113r dod priek\u0161roku sarun\u0101m un kompromisam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Konkurenci regul\u0113jo\u0161ie ties\u012bbu akti attiecas uz visiem Grupas dar\u012bjumu l\u012bgumiem neatkar\u012bgi no to formas vai satura. Grupa nepie\u013cauj un aizliedz vieno\u0161anos ar konkurentiem par tirgus aktivit\u0101\u0161u koordin\u0113\u0161anu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. <strong>KONFIDENCI\u0100LA INFORM\u0100CIJA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darbiniekiem ir j\u0101iev\u0113ro konfidencialit\u0101tes saist\u012bbas un vi\u0146i nedr\u012bkst izpaust tre\u0161aj\u0101m person\u0101m konfidenci\u0101lo Grupas inform\u0101ciju, kas ieg\u016bta, veicot darbu Grupas uzdevum\u0101. Visa nepublisk\u0101 inform\u0101cija, kuras izpau\u0161ana var\u0113tu b\u016bt izdev\u012bga konkurentiem vai kait\u0113t Grupai, k\u0101 ar\u012b Grupas klientiem, pieg\u0101d\u0101t\u0101jiem un citiem uz\u0146\u0113m\u0113jdarb\u012bbas partneriem, ir uzskat\u0101ma par konfidenci\u0101lu un aizsarg\u0101jamu inform\u0101ciju. Konfidenci\u0101lu vai aizsarg\u0101jamu inform\u0101ciju var izpaust tre\u0161aj\u0101m person\u0101m tikai nepiecie\u0161amajos gad\u012bjumos un apm\u0113r\u0101, ja vien izpau\u0161anu nepieprasa likums. Ja darbiniekam rodas \u0161aubas par to, vai inform\u0101cija ir konfidenci\u0101la un aizsarg\u0101jama un vai t\u0101s izpau\u0161ana ir at\u013cauta, darbiniekam j\u0101konsult\u0113jas ar savu tie\u0161o vad\u012bt\u0101ju vai augst\u0101ko vad\u012bbu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u012bk\u0101ki konfidencialit\u0101tes pien\u0101kumi ir aprakst\u012bti iek\u0161\u0113jos noteikumos, kas ir stingri j\u0101iev\u0113ro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. <strong>DARBINIEKU PRIV\u0100TUMS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupa respekt\u0113 savu darbinieku priv\u0101tumu. Darbinieku personas dati tiek iev\u0101kti, glab\u0101ti un izmantoti saska\u0146\u0101 ar datu priv\u0101tuma ties\u012bbu aktu noteikumiem un sp\u0113k\u0101 eso\u0161ajiem Grupas personas datu apstr\u0101des noteikumiem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. <strong>CIE\u0145PILNA R\u012aC\u012aBA UN VIENL\u012aDZ\u012aGU TIES\u012aBU NODRO\u0160IN\u0100\u0160ANA<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grupas darb\u012bbas balst\u0101s uz visp\u0101rpie\u0146emtajiem Apvienoto N\u0101ciju Organiz\u0101cijas cilv\u0113kties\u012bbu principiem un nodarbin\u0101t\u012bbas ties\u012bbu aktiem un tiem atbilst. Grupa nepie\u013cauj nek\u0101da veida diskrimin\u0101ciju vai at\u0161\u0137ir\u012bgu attieksmi darba viet\u0101, tostarp, bet ne tikai, diskrimin\u0101ciju vecuma, dzimuma, rases, taut\u012bbas, valodas, izcelsmes, soci\u0101l\u0101 statusa, reli\u0123ijas, p\u0101rliec\u012bbas vai viedok\u013cu, seksu\u0101l\u0101s orient\u0101cijas, invalidit\u0101tes, etnisk\u0101s pieder\u012bbas, reli\u0123ijas un\/vai citu likum\u0101 aizsarg\u0101tu \u012bpa\u0161\u012bbu d\u0113\u013c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Darba vid\u0113 nav pie\u013caujama pazemo\u0161ana, aizskar\u0161ana un vardarb\u012bba neatkar\u012bgi no t\u0101s formas, k\u0101 ar\u012b vardarb\u012bbas draudi vai jebk\u0101da cita veida iebied\u0113\u0161ana vai jebk\u0101da cita veida nepie\u013caujama iztur\u0113\u0161an\u0101s pret darbiniekiem saska\u0146\u0101 ar likum\u0101 noteikto.
