The Baltic logistics real estate developer Sirin Development plans to begin construction in April of a new city business and service park named SIRIN PARK Dreiliņi in Dreiliņi, Riga.

It is expected that by early 2027 the first two buildings, totaling approximately 27,000 sq m, will be completed. Around 30% of space in the first building is already leased. Among the tenants who have signed contracts is a company planning to develop one of the area’s most modern padel tennis sport centers, adding value for both park employees and local residents.

Another tenant, a wholesale company of electric lighting materials, has chosen the new business center as it relocates from B‑class warehouse space into new A‑class warehousing facilities at SIRIN PARK Dreiliņi.

According to the article, the new energy‑efficient spaces will allow companies to plan growth more flexibly, expand operations, and ensure more efficient logistics processes alongside a modern working environment, enhancing their market competitiveness.

The business park is designed as multifunctional, with planned areas for storage, offices, sports centers, exhibition halls, goods pickup points, and other service providers, plus walking and recreation zones.

All buildings in SIRIN PARK Dreiliņi will be constructed according to BREEAM Excellent standards, with particular attention to landscaping and amenities for both employees and local residents.

Sirin Development is one of the largest logistics real estate developers in the Baltics, developing modern logistics parks in Riga, Tallinn, Vilnius, and Kaunas. The company currently manages approximately 500,000 sq m of logistics property and plans to expand its portfolio to 1 million sq m by 2030.
