Baltic logistics real estate developer “SIRIN Development” has opened a new office in a strategically important location near Riga Airport. The new office will serve as the company’s regional project management center, aiming to strengthen cooperation with partners and clients, as well as ensure more efficient project development across Latvia.

Gunita Vilcāne, Project Manager of “SIRIN Development” in Latvia: “The opening of the new office near the airport is a natural step in the company’s growth strategy. Our goal is to actively expand operations across the Baltic region and further enhance the quality of client service. The company will continue to focus on the development of sustainable, energy-efficient, and market-driven multifunctional logistics and industrial projects.”

The company is currently implementing several large-scale logistics and commercial real estate projects. This summer, it plans to fully complete the second phase of SIRIN Park Airport, including the construction of a second warehouse building. Upon completion, the total warehouse area will more than double, reaching nearly 60,000 sqm, significantly increasing the availability of high-quality logistics space in one of Latvia’s most important transport hubs.

The first phase of SIRIN Park Airport was opened in March 2025. It included the development of 27,000 sqm of warehouse space, with total investments amounting to EUR 20 million.

At the same time, the company is expanding its operations within the city of Riga. In April, construction began on a new urban business and service park, SIRIN Park Dreiliņi, in the Dreiliņi district. The project will deliver modern, multifunctional spaces for companies that value convenient access to urban infrastructure and a high-quality working environment. The first two buildings, with a total area of approximately 27,000 sqm, are scheduled for completion in early 2027.

Overall, “SIRIN Development” manages 11 logistics parks across the Baltic states: three in Riga (including the under-construction SIRIN Park Dreiliņi), three in Vilnius, three in Kaunas, and two in Tallinn. This year, the company plans to invest EUR 85 million across the Baltics, developing 127,000 sqm of logistics space in Riga, Vilnius, Kaunas, and Tallinn. Approximately 40% of the planned investment portfolio will be allocated to Latvia, 43% to Lithuania, and 17% to Estonia.
