SIRIN Development to invest 40 million euros in the creation of a city business and service park in Dreiliņi
The leading logistics real estate developer in the Baltics, SIRIN Development, will invest almost 40 million euros in the construction of a new concept city business and service park in Dreiliņi – SIRIN PARK Dreiliņi.
The implementation of the new business park project is planned to begin by the end of this year and its total area will be approximately 45,000 square meters. It is planned to build a total of three multifunctional buildings in two phases, as well as invest almost 3 million euros in the improvement of the local transport infrastructure.
SIRIN PARK Dreiliņi is conceived as a new concept development project, and according to the plan, it will significantly differ from previous logistics park solutions both in scale and in the diversity of services offered. It will be a multifunctional business and service park with modern and flexibly adaptable premises for business models of a wide variety of profiles. The business park provides the opportunity to create premises for storage goods and offices, as well as sports centers, exhibition halls, goods collection points and other service providers in one place.

Taking into account the recommendations provided by both the municipality and residents, we have improved both the facade design and the overall architectural solution. The goal was to ensure that the building harmoniously fits into the surrounding environment, respecting its existing character and visual identity.”
Dreiliņi Business and Service Park is designed to be suitable for the widest possible range of companies willing to be close to their ultimate client living in the city – both small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as larger market participants looking for modern, energy-efficient and adaptable premises. Special attention will be paid to the improvement of the territory, creating large green areas, as well as walking and recreation areas that will be available to both employees and residents of the surrounding area.
