Expansion of the Liepkalnis Logistics Park: “SIRIN Development” Begins New Construction
Real estate developer SIRIN Development has received a building permit to continue the expansion of the Liepkalnis Logistics Park. By the end of 2026, two new A++ energy class buildings with a total area exceeding 41,000 sq. m will be constructed on Liepkalnio Street. Currently, SIRIN Park Liepkalnis already comprises around 90,000 sq. m of modern logistics and business premises.

“We have clients looking to double their rental space, while others want to relocate their operations to Liepkalnis - all of this shows that demand for high-quality logistics facilities in Vilnius is rising. We are responding to market needs and continuing the development of the Liepkalnis park, ensuring smooth relocations and business growth for our clients,” says Laurynas Kuzavas, CEO of SIRIN Development.
He notes that around 40% of the future buildings’ space has already been leased, and negotiations for the remaining premises are underway. According to the CEO, the total investment in the two new buildings at SIRIN Park Liepkalnis will reach €23 million. The first building is scheduled to open in the summer of 2026, and the second - at the end of autumn.
“Companies consider Liepkalnis a strategically convenient location. It offers modern infrastructure, proximity to main roads, and good connectivity with the city, which helps attract employees and organize product distribution more efficiently. For these reasons, the park consistently maintains 100% occupancy,” Kuzavas adds.
The attractiveness of the location is further confirmed by long-term agreements - this year, SIRIN Park Liepkalnis renewed more than 35,000 sq. m of lease contracts with partners such as VIA 3L, Sakalas, DPD and TWB.
“Today, the greatest value we can offer our clients is flexibility. We provide solutions for any stage of business growth - from short- or long-term leases to built-to-suit projects. With local expert teams in all three Baltic countries, we can offer regional expansion options in Vilnius, Kaunas, Riga, or Tallinn,” says Kuzavas.
SIRIN Development is currently planning two additional buildings in Liepkalnis, with building permit procedures already underway. In total, the company expects to invest around €45 million in SIRIN Park Liepkalnis across four development stages.
Located on a 13-hectare site in the southern part of Vilnius, SIRIN Park Liepkalnis was first launched in 2016. The park is home to companies such as Nunner Logistics, Shenker, Lietuvos paštas, Schmitz Cargobull, and others.
