Construction management project manager

Responsibilities:

Development of construction projects
Management of design processes
Preparation, control, and effective management of project budgets and schedules
Analysis of rational structural and technical solutions
Organization of works carried out by construction participants
Communication with state institutions to address issues related to project development
Timely preparation of project development reports

Expectations:

5+ years of experience in managing large-scale projects (from €6 million without VAT)
Knowledge of legislation regulating design and construction
Ability to plan, coordinate own and partners’ work
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS PROJECT, MS OFFICE programs
Qualification certificate enabling to hold positions of construction manager or site construction technical supervision – an advantage
Proficiency in English and Russian languages

Salary

4100-4630 €/ month gross. Salary is negotiable, depends on experience and professional competencies. Additionally you will get bonuses depending on your personal and company results.
