We are seeking an experienced and proactive Construction Project Manager to join our growing team.
Your mission
As our Construction Project Manager, you will act as Sirin’s “owner’s representative” in Tallinn—driving design, permitting, procurement and construction for the next generation of sustainable logistics parks.
Key responsibilities
- Shape project concepts, manage external design partners and secure all approvals.
- Prepare and control budgets and schedules while championing value-engineering.
- Run competitive tenders, appoint contractors and supervise the entire build.
- Coordinate suppliers and liaise with state authorities.
- Report progress to our Baltic Country Lead and collaborate with development, leasing, procurement, legal and finance teams.
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4-5 years’ end-to-end experience delivering large industrial or commercial projects for a developer or general contractor.
- Proven track record in cost optimization and schedule control.
- Fluent English and excellent Estonian for local stakeholder management.
- Valid driving license and readiness to travel within the Baltics.

Salary: 2700 – 3100 €/mon. Netto + bonuses.
