RE exploitation engineer

Responsibilities:

Ensuring the operation of commercial real estate properties
Administration of defects in commercial real estate properties, introduction of new properties into operation
Constant communication with contractors and service providers, coordination and control of work execution
Inspection of repair work estimates
Periodic site visits, conducting space inspections, preparing reports
Assisting project managers with technical real estate maintenance issues, execution of assigned tasks

Expectations:

Experience in the maintenance of engineering systems of real estate (HVAC, electrical, fire safety, water) and engineering education
Understanding of building engineering systems, their management (BMS), solutions for energy efficiency of buildings, and possibilities for their implementation and adaptation
Preparation of defect reports, understanding of technical drawings of buildings
Experience in working with contractors and other partners
Proficiency in English is an advantage

Salary

2800-3100 €/month gross. Salary is negotiable, depends on experience and professional competencies. Additionally you will get bonuses depending on your personal and company results.
