Responsibilities:

• Organization, supervision, and control of construction works
• Contractor management, coordination, supervision, and control
• Creation and control of construction schedules
• Site inspection
• Technical supervision of ongoing construction works
• Ensuring safety at the construction site
• Verification of project documentation and finding rational solutions
• Handover of completed projects to relevant authorities

Expectations:

• Education in the field of construction (higher education)
• Minimum of 4 years of managerial experience in construction
• Experience in managing residential and/or non-residential building projects from 3 million Euros
• Knowledge of construction technologies from foundations to finishing
• Computer skills (AutoCAD, MS OFFICE 365)
• Construction manager certificate
• Understanding of construction technical and legal regulations
• Professional and positive attitude, diligence, willingness to improve, initiative

Salary

3360-3800 €/ month gross. Salary is negotiable, depends on experience and professional competencies. Additionally you will get bonuses depending on your personal and company results.
