SIRIN Park Mārupe near Riga International Airport was launched in March, 2025. Built to A++ energy efficiency standards, the park serves as a benchmark for green engineering – integrating renewable energy systems, water-saving technologies, efficient heating, LED lighting, CO₂ monitoring, and BREEAM-compliant sanitation.
This forward-thinking approach has attracted innovative tenants such as drone manufacturer Edge Autonomy and electric vehicle distributor EV Riga.
Following the success of Phase I, we began Phase II of “SIRIN Park Mārupe” in 2025 and plan to complete up to 30,000 sq. m. of flexible office and warehouse space by the end of the year.
