SIRIN Development to invest over €1 million in Tänassilma Logistics Park for Karisma Food OÜ’s cold and deep-freeze storage
The Baltic real estate developer SIRIN Development will invest over one million euros in Tänassilma Logistics Park to build special cold storage and deep-freeze facilities tailored to the tenant, Karisma Food OÜ’s needs. One of the most modern freezer facilities in Estonia will be handed over in July this year.
According to SIRIN Development’s project manager, Genert Gritsai, it is a remarkable collaboration that will result in one of the most modern freezer facilities in Estonia and the whole region. “We will bring the latest technology and materials, and Karisma Food will contribute their wide expertise in food wholesale. This shows very well how SIRIN operates according to the very special needs of diverse fields. We are thankful for the trust and look forward to the handover in the second half of this year.”
The COO of Karisma Food OÜ, Mikk Johanson, said that moving to a new warehouse is a natural and anticipated step in Karisma Food OÜ's success story following the merger of four sister companies. “The modern warehouse facility gives us the capacity we need to expand our product range and helps take delivery reliability to a new level. At the same time, the new production kitchen will enable us to offer customers an even wider selection of cut and grated products," added Johanson.
Karisma Food and SIRIN have signed a lease agreement for Tänassilma Logistics Park for a total area of almost 5,000 square meters.
