Due to rapid growth in Latvia, we are looking for an ambitious, proactive, and growth-driven team member to join us in the role of:
Your role:
- Actively search for new tenants – both local and international companies (including cold calling, direct search, and cooperation with real estate agents)
- Manage negotiations independently – from first contact to contract signing
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, construction, asset management, etc.) to ensure client needs are met
- Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing tenants
- Analyze warehouse market trends, provide insights into potential locations for logistics parks, and how to improve sales
- Prepare regular reports and sales updates
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of successful B2B sales or project management experience (preferably in commercial real estate, logistics, or a related sector)
- A self-starter with a strong drive to learn, grow, take ownership of results, wanting be the best
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical thinking and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
- Good command of Latvian and English (both spoken and written, English language for communication with clients, team members and management internationally)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Driver’s license (Category B)
