SIRIN PARK KLEZ – a modern logistics park in the heart of Lithuania, developed in the Kaunas Free Economic Zone, a strategically convenient location next to the A1 and A5 highways. This project is shaping the future standard of logistics real estate by integrating principles of sustainability, innovation, and employee well-being.

The park is being developed on an 8.6-hectare site, where 80,000 sq. m of building space has already been completed. Five construction phases have been fully implemented, and by 2030 the park is planned to expand to 130,000 sq. m. International brands such as Coca-Cola HBC Lietuva, DB Schenker, CAT Cargo Logistics, Nefab, and others have already established operations here – together creating an advanced and sustainable business community.
