SIRIN PARK MARTINAVA was built in 2021 in the northern part of Kaunas, next to the Vilnius-Kaunas motorway. Strategically located, the park has been developed on an 18-ha site, with approximately 65,000 sqm of logistics warehouses and administrative facilities developed in two construction phases.
After the opening, it was the first Class A and A energy efficiency project of this size in Kaunas district. Like all the other parks in the portfolio, this project is also sustainably designed and has a Baltic Green Energy certificate, confirming the electricity used for its operations is produced from renewable energy sources.
The warehouses provide energy-efficient LED lighting with motion sensors, EPS electric fire detectors, an ESFR sprinkler network, and other green and operational cost-saving solutions.
