Main responsibilities:

• Proper land scouting, securing and acquisition to support company’s current and future developments
• Territory planning and initial project concept creation
• Preparation of business plan (model), organization of TDD / LDD / FDD process
• Negotiations with sellers on essential terms and acquisition
• Coordinate locally based project management team
• Build and maintain a network and contacts

Your experience and knowledge:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/economics, finance, law, or construction (preferred, but not a must)
• At least 3 years’ experience in real estate development, including project management.
• Market analysis experience
• Good knowledge of English languages, knowledge of Russian is preferred
• Analytics, insight, responsibility, independence, good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to objectively evaluate proposed solutions, absorb innovations, organize work, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team, ensure a smooth exchange of information between company departments and team members, proficient in negotiations.

Salary

3700 – 4600 eur gross. Negotiable salary depending on experience and competencies PLUS annual bonuses depending on your and company’s result.
