Head of Treasury

Sirin is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Treasury to lead the company’s financing strategy and ensure continuous access to funding to support business growth and construction operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for structuring and securing financing, managing liquidity and financial risk, overseeing banking relationships, and driving treasury excellence across the organization. The role works closely with executive leadership, investors, and financial institutions to optimize capital structure and enhance long-term financial performance.
This position currently manages around 250 M EUR credit portfolio with the aim to reach 500 M EUR until 2030.

• Develop and execute the company’s financing strategy, ensuring sustainable growth and an optimized capital structure.
• Lead the structuring, negotiation, and administration of financing agreements, securing new funding sources (Bonds, JV, IPO) and maintaining strong creditor and investor relationships.
• Oversee short- and long-term financing planning, including forecasting funding needs to support operations and construction projects.
• Manage liquidity, cash flow planning to ensure adequate funding and financial stability.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks (interest rate, FX, counterparty), ensuring covenant compliance and effective hedging strategies.
• Oversee banking strategy, treasury infrastructure, reporting, and KPI development to enhance cash planning and decision-making.
• Lead and develop the treasury function, driving process improvements and providing strategic financial insights to executive leadership.

• 7+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or commercial banking (lending/credit).
• Strong experience with project financing and construction funding structures.
• Proven track record in negotiating complex financing agreements.
• Experience working with international financial institutions is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of liquidity management, hedging instruments, and covenant compliance.
• Strong leadership with hands-on experience and stakeholder management skills.

7500-8500 €/mon. gross
The basic part of the salary is indicated. Additionally – annual bonuses due to company internal policy depending on personal and company’s results.
