SIRIN PARK GARIŪNAI is an outstanding example of how an abandoned oil depot has been transformed into a modern, sustainable, and business-friendly area. This conversion revitalized more than 20 hectares in the southwestern part of Vilnius, becoming a new symbol of sustainable development. Today, 3 out of 4 planned conversion phases have been completed, and by 2026, 100,000 sq. m of space will be developed here.

The project is being built to the highest sustainability standards – A++ energy efficiency class, BREEAM “EXCELLENT” certification, green energy, EV charging stations, smart building management, heating, and ventilation systems – all reflecting a consistent commitment to long-term responsibility.

The multifunctionality of the park is revealed through its flexibility: premises can be adapted for warehousing, logistics, production, and commercial activities, while dedicated sports and recreation areas create value for people, strengthen community, and foster connections among tenants. In cooperation with the Vilnius municipality, a public transport route has been established, providing convenient access for employees and visitors.
